Centralized monitoring:Save a lot of time and energy. In order to facilitate operation, improve work efficiency and equipment operation and management capabilities, Bell Oriental has carefully developed an industrial large fan centralized monitoring system that can monitor the operation of multiple fans at the same time. It can not only control the start and stop and speed of fans in batches, but also control them individually; it can automatically control the operation of fans according to working days and on and off hours; it can monitor the temperature, humidity, PM2.5 and PM10 and other parameters of the environment, and automatically control the fans run. Centralized monitoring can choose wired communication network or wireless communication network.
Infrared remote control:In some cases (such as large logistics warehouses), the frequency conversion cabinet cannot be installed in a position within reach, but can only be installed at a higher position. It is only necessary to install the frequency conversion cabinet with remote control function independently developed by Bell to realize the infrared remote control function.
Power technology
Adopting German Lenze motor reducer one-body machine, the bearing of the reducer has the ability to withstand axial load and radial load, which is especially suitable for vertical installation and has the characteristics of low noise, high safety factor and energy saving. The products have passed CE, UL, CCC certification.
Control Technology
Adopt French Schneider (Schneider) frequency converter, circuit breaker, control switch, Taiwan KAKU (KAKU) cooling fan and filter, Germany Phoenix (PHOENIX) terminal; frequency converter has a strong self-protection function, through UL, EMC, LVD , RoHs certification.
Fan blade technology
The use of high-strength aviation magnesium aluminum alloy, surface bright spray treatment, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, easy to wipe and clean the surface, aerodynamic wing streamline model, double stiffener support inside the fan blade, embedded steel wire channel, enhance the rigidity and safety.
Plug-in technology
High-strength aerospace aluminum alloy is used for the insert-type petiole, which takes into account both strength and quality. The inserting structure fully ensures the plane contact between the fan blade and the petiole, and more importantly, the fan blade and the petiole can be compacted, which is difficult to achieve with the external inserting structure.
Wheel technology
A special process is used to combine the aluminum alloy wheel and steel hub cores, which overcomes the contradiction between mass reduction and large torque transmission, and ensures that the motor output torque is seamlessly transmitted to the fan blades.
Integrated framework technology
The integrated frame adopts the U-shaped tenon and tenon structure and double-sided welding technology. The double-sided welding avoids the stress and deformation caused by single-sided welding; the tenon and tenon structure not only strengthens the load-bearing function, but also ensures that the frame will not fall apart when the welding is open. Insurance greatly improves safety.
